I read a ton of trade magazines during the course of the work week. I quickly scan the articles to see if anything jumps at me or that I mind find interesting.
While thumbing through an old Network World Fusion magazine, I read Paul McNamara's column, Net Buzz. Paul reveals how a bank manager got caught sending faxes with encoded messages.
The product, fax2it, connects in between the phone and the fax machine to catch all incoming and outgoing faxes. The fax2it device also has a CAT5 connection to your network where it can email the faxes to any email address you provide.
I would love to try a product like this out. If you anyone knows of anybody using this fax2it product, please drop me a line.
