LogMeIn & Error Code 4320
I ran across the following error message, while attempting a remote logon session with the free LogMeIn service, www.logmein.com.
The operator or administrator refused the request. (4320)
After a few google searches, I found out how to correct the problem. If the remote windows user account doesn't have local admin rights, you will need to add the windows user account to the logmein service under Preferences-> Security Settings -> Access Control.

Hello,
I have the same problem, but I can not find where to add the windows user account to the service logmein. I have a Win2000 Server Operating System (Standalone Server). At the services (Management Console) I have no menu for preferences --> security --> access control. Where can I find this menu ? Could you explain me that a little closer ?
Thank you for help
Chris

Hello Chris.
You asked:
Where can I find this menu ? Could you explain me that a little closer?
Sure, I will.
1. You need to locate the logmein icon in your system tray. On my computer, this is located in the bottom right hand corner of my screen, sitting next to the current time display.
2. Right click on the logmein icon and select "Open Logmein..." This should open up your web browser and load up a configuration page in your web browser.
3. In the upper right hand of the web page, you should find two URLs labeled "Preferences" and "Help". Under these two URLs, are links to "Home", "Remote Control", and "Disconnect".
4. Click on the "Preferences" link/URL.
5. Find the "Security Settings" link. It should be located underneath the "Remote Control Settings" and followed by the "Network Settings".
6. Next, select "Access Control".
Good Luck.
-Chris

Thanks for the logmein information. It's essential to know this feature when configuring a machine to primarily use a windows XP "limited user" account.

This is exactly what I need, except when I right click and go to open logmein, it immediately goes to the blue log in page and errors out. There are no options for help, preferences, or anything else. So I am not able to update the preference to allow this limited user account to log in. What should I do from here?

Thanks for the info - I was setting up a log me in account for one of my users and couldn't figure out why she was unable to log into her work computer. It turns out that unless you have one of the paid versions, you don't have access to the preferences you mentioned.
Thanks!

I know this is a late response, but... you need to log in as a user with administrator priveledges. THEN when you follow the instructions above you will be able to find the preferences button the left and follow the instructions above. After you complete this, you can log in with any users you specified and do your work. Good luck.
